HEI tower is a mixed complex designed to be green, consisting of an international standard shopping mall, grade A offices, swimming pools, health care clinics, apartment buildings…The building comprising of 25 floors, 2 basements and a technical floor is co-hosted by Vietnam Electricity – EVN and Hanoi Power Investment Joint-stock Company. Being an exclusively authorized agent of Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator, Viet Chao Joint-stock Company supplied and installed 05 elevators, 04 escalators and the air conditioning system manufactured by Shanghai Mitsubishi for the project:

–          Elevators:

+ 01 elevator with the load of 1600 kg, a speed of 2 m/s and 23 stops

+ 01 elevator with the load of 800 kg, a speed of 1.75 m/s and 7 stops

+ 01 elevator with the load of 800 kg, a speed of 1 m/s and 4 stops

+ 01 elevator with the load of 800 kg, a speed of 1 m/s and 3 stops

–          Escalators:

+ 02 escalators with the load of 9000 persons/hour, a speed of 0.5 m/s, an angle of inclination of 35⁰ and a height of 1500mm.

+ 02 escalators with the load of 9000 persons/hour, a speed of 0.5 m/s, an angle of inclination of 35⁰ and a height of 3600mm.

–          VRF air conditioning system with 07 hot complexes and capacity from 40 to 50 HP
