During the meeting, Vice President Wang also expressed strong confidence in and high expectations for Viet Chao’s development in the next phase. The goal is to capture 10% of Vietnam’s imported elevator market in the coming years.

Shanghai Mitsubishi leadership team directly surveys Viet Chao’s SMEC elevator project

The morning after the meeting, Mr. Wang and the Shanghai Mitsubishi leadership team traveled directly from Hai Phong to conduct an on-site inspection of a project implemented by Viet Chao.

With more than 40 years of experience in the elevator industry and having started his career in a technical position, Mr. Wang has a deep understanding of the core values behind the Shanghai Mitsubishi brand. From operational stability and installation standards to every detail of the elevator cabin, machine room, and entire technical system, he conducted a thorough and in-depth assessment.

Following the on-site inspection, the SMEC leadership delegation highly appreciated the installation quality and performance of the SMEC elevators supplied and installed by Viet Chao. The elevators operated smoothly and quietly, the installation process complied with Shanghai Mitsubishi’s technical standards, and the overall finish was completed with care and professionalism.

In particular, the project’s cleanliness and technical management also received positive recognition. From the machine room to every landing door gap, the areas were kept clean and well maintained. Information on rescue procedures and rescue equipment was clearly and adequately arranged in accordance with safe operating standards.

Goal of delivering the best customer experience

Alongside the positive feedback, Mr. Wang also suggested adding a ventilation fan system to the machine room to optimize elevator operation under Vietnam’s hot weather conditions.

In fact, Viet Chao had already proactively discussed this solution with the project owner, and the addition is currently under consideration. Despite the existing ventilation conditions, the elevator system continues to operate reliably and fully meets SMEC’s technical standards.
