Sword Lake Plaza is located on the corner of Tran Phu street and the main street to Mo Lao urban zone, Ha Dong district. The buildings were designed with 29 floors and 3 basements. It is estimated to supply a parking area of 20.000m2, a shopping area of 23.000m2, an office area of 36.000m2, 460 standard apartments and 8 penhouses. The apartments are from 73m2 to 146m2 large, being a synchronic combination of living space with utility.
Making a contribution to the completion of the project, Viet Chao Joint-stock Company signed a sales contract on supply and installation of 12 Shanghai Mitsubishi escalators:
– 08 simplex escalators with the Model of KS-B (without variable frequency drive) a load of 9000 persons/hour, a speed of 0.5 m/s, an angle of inclination of 350 and a height of 4950mm
– 04 simplex escalators with the Model of KS-BF (with variable frequency drive) a load of 9000 persons/hour, a speed of 0.5 m/s, an angle of inclination of 350 and a height of 4950mm
