The Tecco Diamond smart parking facility has been upgraded and renovated from a traditional parking model to an intelligent management system to optimize parking space, improve operational efficiency, and enhance management. The project not only improves the existing infrastructure but also aims to enhance the user experience and better meet the growing parking needs of residents in the city center.

Tecco Diamond is located in the center of Thanh Tri urban area, Hanoi, where population density is high and infrastructure is well developed. The surrounding area offers a wide range of amenities, including cultural centers, general hospitals, and schools at various levels.

After its completion in Q3 2022, Tecco Diamond experienced a significant increase in residents’ demand for car parking, exceeding the existing capacity of 110–165 spaces. In response, the investor sought to expand parking capacity without affecting the building’s shared usable areas. Converting the traditional parking facility into a smart parking system was considered a feasible solution, making more efficient use of the available space and increasing the expected capacity by 1.75–2.5 times. This upgrade not only helps address the parking shortage but also aims to create a modern, convenient living environment that better meets the needs of Tecco Diamond residents.
