AJ cart type uses an elevator and a cart that takes the car to an empty space in a flat multi-storey space. This system is suitable for middle-rise buildings, public places. The capacity ranges from 10 – to thousands of cars. However, the efficiency of this system is highest when used for large buildings. 2-3 vehicles can be parked at the same time and the entrance can be located in front or at the side of the building, depending on the actual conditions.

Rotary (Dongyang Family Parking) also known as a mini automatic parking system, it works as simple as this. The vehicle is put into the pallet; the pallet rotates up and down, left and right to park the car.
