Distributorship agreement
With the guideline of putting its prestige first, and considering the customers’ satisfaction its striving target, Viet Chao Joint-stock Company has established itself more and more firmly in the market and gained increasing trust from the customers by its endless quality improvement efforts.
On December 26 2012 Viet Chao Joint-stock Company signed a Distributorship agreement with Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator (SMEC). Accordingly, Viet Chao has become the sole authorized distributor in Vietnam which is entitled to SMEC’s comprehensive support in terms of product guaranty and maintenance service and spare parts.
The agreement was renewed on 1st June 2020
Over the past few years, Viet Chao has received SMEC’s great support in enhancing its technician skills and knowledge through training courses at SMEC’s factory in China. Moreover, the Company has been provided with a host of installation equipment, toolkits and spare parts, thereby shortening the time for installation and repair.
